Just to remind anyone that is interested I am doing the first of two recce runs for the Trotters 5 race which is held annually by Burnden Road Runners. 12th and 19th are my recce runs for Darwen running group and of course any of my running chums who may wish to join us at 2.15pm to start our trot at 2.30pm, remember I don't care who you are where you run, who you run for etc you are all welcome if you are one of our running chums or a nice person, all running from the grounds of Smithills Hall of Smithills Dean Road, Smithills, Bolton. It is a trail race that runs on tarmac, mostly trail through a forest and through Smithills farm it's fab, support what has been a great club and lets get trotting tomorrow and get booked on to race after that xx

So a new month is upon us, I am here to help you get right for the events ahead with clients already working towards events and post great performances in the 10k Winter warmer. The Darwen heritage half Marathon, Manchester and London Marathons and of Course....Ironman UK, all approaching fast. These events aside I have seen clients with there vouchers bought for Christmas on 4 occasions, vouchers always available. Your support in January was immense, thank you. Get booked in soon spaces this week and some left on Saturday. So Athlete or not most happy to see you and help with any issues you may have, Have a great week x
