Muscle City is a gym for people who aren't afraid of serious training and want serious results! Coming to Darlington soon! We are a new generation of a weights and cardio gym, offering a friendly, professional and motivational atmosphere. Offering a full range of excellent plate loaded and selectorised training equipment aswell as all of your typical strongman/woman equipment including Power Racks, Farmer's walk and strongman logs going up to 100kg. Also a full range of cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes and a range of boxing facilities.
Whether you want to lose weight, add strength and size or just keep fit, Muscle City has something for everyone!
We will offer professional advice and diet plans and also one to one personal training sessions giving you the best from your memberships and workouts. So don’t just keep going to a regular old gym doing the same old boring things, come to Muscle City and try out a whole new experience.
We stock a huge range of protein supplements at affordable prices providing you with the right nutrition for your training. We also have sun bed facilities on site for your convenience.

Cutting is going very well! Down to 195 lbs at a height of 6 foot. Going heavy this week as this is my last week of my cycling of creatine monohydrate, going to take 2 weeks off so my body doesn’t get too used to it. Hit 345 for a double on bench today!! Creatine is the best supplement for gaining overall size and strength, if you are working out without taking a creatine supplement then you are doing it wrong.
