Our state of the art functional fitness studio is designed to cater for those who want more.
Whether you are looking to achieve weight-loss, toning, muscle gain, stress relief or sporting event preparation, or just a cool place to work out, then our facility, coaches and community ensure you have all the support you need to get results.
Level Ten Fitness is Midlothian’s only functional fitness centre. Combining strength training, metabolic conditioning and functional fitness, every aspect of our facility has been designed to provide cutting edge, effective and unique solutions to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals and position them optimally to deal with the core movements and challenges of life.
With a jam packed timetable of 30+ classes per week, 1:1 tailored personal training, nutritional support and a welcoming community of like-minded individuals, our 1300 square foot main studio and 1000 square foot yoga studio provide the perfect destination for anyone looking to get serious about their health and fitness, regardless of your age or ability.

facebook.comOK Snow warriors, we have decided to fight back :p Here is our schedule of classes that are going ahead for today and tomorrow: FRIDAY: 5.30pm - InsaneFit (Dave) 6.30pm - Engage (Dave) 7.00pm - Zumbox (Dave is covering and will be taking a body blast / boxing tweaked version of Zumbox) SATURDAY: 9am - Primal Fit (Lee/Dave/Scott - depending on who can get in) 9.30am - Group Lifting (As above) 10.30am - HIIT (Dave) 11.30am - Technique For Lifting (Dave) We are back to normal so that those of you who can travel can get exercising again, however, please be careful in your judgement. Safety first! Let's get these muscles moving again!! :p
GYM CLOSED Hello all, we will be closed tomorrow morning. However our afternoon/evening classes will hopefully be going ahead. Until further notice all afternoon/evening classes going ahead! Dunno about you, but we need a workout!!!
GYM CLOSED We have just done a camera check on the Gym and unfortunately without a snow plough we won't be able to open today. We are going to do a check at around 12pm and make a call for this evenings classes. Until then all sessions will be cancelled. Apologies for the inconvenience and stay safe
Due to the weather warning and the weather slowly deteriorating over the past few hours, our building is closing and all sessions will unfortunately be cancelled TODAY & TONIGHT. Be safe everyone and get a little cheeky home workout in if you feel up to it (or get some hot chocolate and enjoy a day of rest) Hopefully see you all tomorrow and we will keep you up to speed with opening hours for tomorrow, most likely a post first thing in the morning.
