So after being on my C9 Cleanse I've lost...... 4inches off my thighs 3.5inches off my hips 2.5inches off my biceps 2.5inches off my waist 1.5inches off my calves 7lbs in weight Great way to kick start a healthier way of eaten having loads of energy and feeling fantastic!!
