Another Challenger, another success. Emma Jane Nash totally destroyed the Darks1de 6 Week Challenge dropping an incredible 8.6% body fat without dropping lots of bodyweight. All too often, girls lose lots of body weight and this includes muscle mass. On your road to that 'toned' body you need to eat enough food to support maintenance of your muscle whilst reducing body fat.
