CBT North Scotland
Description
CBT North Scotland provides a choice of face to face, telephone, or Skype cognitive behavioural psychotherapy. I'm Laura Hulse and I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I run a clinic in Cromarty on the Black Isle, north of Inverness. CBT North Scotland offers psychotherapy to people living in the Highlands and Islands or wider areas. For those who are happy to travel to appointments, I offer face-to-face therapy. Skype or telephone psychotherapy is offered for those who will find it difficult to attend in person due to their geographical location, mobility issues, or simply for the convenience of attending therapy outside of normal working hours. CBT is an effective treatment for: depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, stress, eating disorders.
