Description
Scrapstore, creative reuse classes, birthday parties, craft space for hire, volunteering opportunities, outreach. Remake is a Revolve accredited organisation. Remake Scotland is a creative recycle, re-use and education charity run by a committee of volunteer Trustees and set up to benefit children & young adults. Remake runs a number of projects including a volunteer programme, scrapstore, paid work experience placement programme for young adults, creative education, and developing local partnerships & community support projects. Remake works with over 40 volunteers from a variety of ages, abilities and backgrounds and we have a particular focus on promoting intergenerational community building and skills sharing.

One of our staff members purchased the motorcycle rocker a couple of weeks ago from Remake and has spent some time dying the cycle with different wood dyes. We think it looks amazing!!

Oil cloth with sailing theme ... so many things you can do with this stuff. £1! And oh so much more fabric too. Members fabric sale starts tomorrow at 10am and continues for a fortnight. All fabric (bar leather and Aida half price ) unless it is on our display table it has ribbon round it .... (even then it is a bargain anyway so it is all relative!). Come in and let us share our fabric love! Bring a bag !

Next week - the last week of August and the first week of September sees out Fabulous Fabric Fortnight where ALL fabric ( **except leather, Aida, the **display table patchwork fabric with ribbons on it and in bundles - already an incredible bargain ! ) will be half price at the till for members. This is a great opportunity to think about this winter’s craft projects and buy ahead. Or to repurpose the fabric into veg bags, cloths or even fabric gift bags for the X word !🎄
