Description
A club that takes place at two venues in Crediton. A concert venue + a live music bar . Please make sure you check venue addresses for all gigs. The Moon Jazz & Blues Club takes place at Buccaneers Bar, East Street, Crediton every third Thursday of the month (except in August) and due to popularity there are now Moon Jazz Extras. Live jazz and jazz blues from The Moon Jazz House band followed by an invitation to other singers/musicians to sit in with the house band or take over the rhythm section, take lead on vocals or whatever instrument you play. Please bring music charts to call a tune.
The second venue is at the Congregational Church, High Street, Crediton. This is more of a concert venue set within a late 19C building with upper gallery and it's own parking plus a larger car park 50 yards away.
Both venues are served well with regular buses. Please see the timetables.
Our aim is to create a friendly atmosphere to encourage musicians to support each other, share ideas, knowledge and grow as artists and human beings.
