The Music Line up for this weekends REAL ALE festival is roughly as follows: Friday 7pm - 9pm THE ROCK BOTTOMS- SATURDAY 2pm - 4pm THE FRONT ROW SATURDAY 4:30pm - 6:30pm ACCOUSTIC JAKAMO SATURDAY 7:30PM - 10PM THE EARLSDON MORRIS MEN PLUS THE WONDERFUL FIONA HARRISON PEARLY QUEEN SHOW. SUNDAY 12;30pm. - 2pm THE STANDARD TRIUMPH PIPE BAND SUNDAY 2pm - 4pm THE UNDERDOGS . There is hot food available and a heated marquee with space for 90 plus both gardens will be fully open, - remember to wear your St George's flag on Saturday

LADIES DAY 2016. Our famous Ladies day here at The Greyhound inn - Friday June 17th. Tickets go on sale on Friday 22nd April at 11am. The day includes Champagne and canapes at Noon, Full 3 course set Lunch, Afternoon Cream tea All races shown live from Ascot Bets placed on your behalf. Evening Luxury Hot & Cold Buffet Casino with Blackjack & Roulette Evening entertainment with Stan The Man DJ from 9pm till midnight. All set in the lovely 300 seater decorated marquee. Tickets priced at £39.50 ...please be aware that these sold out last year in 4 hours so its strictly first come first served on the day......sorry no tickets reserved in advance.

Our little Whippet Bar is closed this evening as we are having our back garden dug up in readiness for the new lawn and brick paving. It is a tad dangerous to open with it being dark outside as lots of hazards, will be back open tomorrow for the 6 Nations and normal service resumed thereafter. thanks for your patience while we improve this area ready for Spring.
