sarah is in france in the baking heat and still manages to smash a HIIT session ! shes off to ibiza in a couple of weeks so if you want that body you have to put the work in . shes amazing !!

i got the hubby to give me a PT session today . HIIT in the garden , boy did i get a taste of my own medicine .. im lucky to be alive haha if im that hard on my girls then im truly sorry 😂😂

I get lots of messages about abdominal exercises after pregnancy , i cant stress this enough ... sit ups or any variation of this movement where you bring your torso towards your knees into forward flexion can cause more harm than good especially if you have abdominal separation , i dont do any of this kind of work with my post natel ladies for up to 6 months after the birth !! I have selected 3 of the worse exersises to do .. 1) sits ups 2) the plank 3)oblique curls Concentrate on working the inner core muscles so lots of pelvic floor exersises . Please be patient ladies !!!
