I just say wow 🤗😍💪👌 I'm with the lady from about year I'm so proud of her. Mother of 3 and found the time to look after herself. She want to do it and working very hard to achieve her goal. We started together last year but because of very busy motherhood life she couldn't go to gym any more. And because of this...I mean she was one of the reason why I started work with womens at home. I don't want her to stop exercises and now we continue 3 times a week weight training mix with TRX and HIIT what gives us very good results 👌🙆 keep going
