This will be a course that teaches you the basics of how to defend yourself if you were ever to be attacked. It will be a 6 week course that will be on a Tuesday night from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. The course runs from the 19th of September until the 31st of October. We hope to see you there! Stay safe.

The club runs on a Tuesday for Juniors (ages 4 upwards) 6.30 till 8pm and Wednesday for Juniors (ages 4 to 12) 6.15 till 7.30pm Seniors (age 12 and over and adults) 7.30 till 9.15. Congratulations to Dave Barnettt on getting his Sandan (3rd Dan) and Jacob Bentley on getting Junior Shodan. Nathan Banks and Amy Diorazio were brilliant Uke's for the two Dan gradings well done to you both. Thank you David Flaherty Mbe (9th Dan) and Helen Travis for arranging a great Black Belt grading day. It was great to see the Black Belt gradings being run in the proper way, to see people working hard for their grades and achieving their potential. Many Congratulations to all who graded yesterday at Northwich. Thank you to all the other attending examiners.
