Good afternoon everyone. I have now finished the mammoth task of texting everyone their childrens swimming days and times for the new Autumn Term. I have addressed nearly all of any queries raised. A couple of tricky ones still remain but I am on with them. Virtually everyone is happy that I'm aware of. If you have not received a text from me, then please let me know. I might have an old number for you or I may even have texted the wrong number in error. I'm old and my big fingers might have keyed a wrong digit. I, of course, will not know if I have texted a wrong number. I asked for a quick text reply from you all just to confirm you had received the times and that they were suitable. To date, 123 parents have not replied. Would you please do so, otherwise I don't know if you have the correct times or not. We also have 130 parents that have still not paid by bacs bank transfer as they said they would do. I am about to start chasing you all but if you don't pay, or don't arrange with me a payment plan, then you WILL lose your places. If payment now is an issue, then speak to me. We will help. Good morning everyone. We hope you are all enjoying the Summer. We have finished stage 1 of putting together the Autumn Term Diaries - we have put our 500 piece jigsaw back together after two whole weeks of sitting in front of the computer. We will now commence texting you all the allocated days and times. This task in itself will take 3-4 days as the texts are person specific. Please will you confirm receipt of the text with a short reply so that we know you have the times for your child / children. Once we have texted everyone, we will put another post on here to confirm we have finished. If you haven't received a text at that stage, then we either have a wrong number for you or we have keyed in the wrong number at our end. Please then message us to ascertain your times. Please wait though until we tell you we have finished the texting process. It takes 3-4 days as we will no doubt be responding to texts that we receive back in reply. We have done our best to allocate the days and times that you requested. Everyone has the day that they asked for, over 90% have the time that they asked for with the remainder being within half an hour of their requested times. For the school age children, we are 100% full, so please be as flexible as you can before asking us to change any times. For those 'unlucky' enough to have multiple children with us, you will receive separate texts for each child. We are also still awaiting payment from many of you. Tomorrow is the start of our last 7 days of term, so the start of the last lesson of term for each individual child / parent. If you have not done so already, would you please see Michael or Dee at the reception desk either before or after your lesson to fill in an enrolment form or let us know if you do not wish to take a place for the term commencing 1 September. It is a difficult enough procedure as it is to sort the diaries, made even more difficult if even one person does not let us know their intentions. This is especially important if you are missing the last lesson due to holidays, illness or other commitments. It also saves me disturbing you by texting or phoning you. Please help us to help you. The sooner we know how many children are joining, the sooner I can let you know their days and times for the new term. Thanking you all in advance. Michael
