Applicants must be aged 60 or over.
Applicants must be able to live independently.
Applicants must live in the borough the are applying for at least the last two years. Our operating boroughs are Bromley, Bexley and Lewisham.
Applicants must have assets of less than £50,000 (including property/savings/investments).
Our properties are located in Chislehurst, Mottingham, Forest Hill, Sidcup and Barnehurst.
