I am a Certified Personal Trainer at Warrior Training in Chester and a Freelance Personal Trainer available in Shropshire, Cheshire and North West regions.
*To be trained by me you do not have to be a member at Warrior Training, you can be trained at a location of your choice including your home/local area or at Warrior Training Facility.*

My goal as a personal trainer is to teach you the fundamentals to help you reach your body and lifestyle goals. I will improve your body, as I did mine, using a wide range of engagement and motion. I have sculpted my body through years of hard work, lessons, consistent dedication and hurdles while I was undertaking my carrier in the Military.
I pride myself in inspiring and motivating through my enthusiasm and passion. I will help you achieve your goals in fitness and in life. I value a strong work ethic and hold myself to the same standards that i hope to share with my clients.
We will begin your journey with a free consultation where we will go into some background history, and assess your goals. We can then gauge where you are in terms of your development. Everything is personalized to suit you, your time and your goals. You can check in with me at any time with any queries, I will always be happy to make sure you are implementing everything correctly.
