Having played at this course on numerous occasions it is quiet incredible how much this course continues to improve. It is a really great course to test your golf skills. It would be recommended to book a buggy so that you can really enjoy your round. The course has some of the most spectacular holes overlooking Cheltenham and into Wales. The Clubhouse has a wonderful terrace overlooking the 18th and 2nd green where you can enjoy a drink whilst taking in the beautiful surrounds. Would recommend you try this course.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS Last weekend saw our 2017 Club Championship played on a absolute magnificent course and fantastic weather. The Brookes, Janus and Club Championship was played over 2 days, with close fought golf with a few Ahh's and some ooo's. The club patio was full of anticipation of those waiting to tee off and some quiet reflective moments of a few shots left out on the course. At 6.30pm on Sunday the patio was full of members waiting for the last group to come in, rumours were abound of who was in the lead, pulled drives and missed puts, eventually they appeared over the path on the 18th, guesses were made on the body language, 'who do you think has done it' was the question most members asked. puts were holed and we waited. hush......... its Tim. Taras brought out the wine and everyone agreed that we have a very worthy Club Champion in Tim. Commiserations to Nigel who fought bravely but could not close the gap on Tim. A well deserved cold beer was welcome. RESULT - Club Champion Tim Clink Gross 145 Runner Up Nigel Thompson - 147 3rd Place - Brian Mitten - 150 Last weekend saw our 2017 Club Championship played on a absolute magnificent course and fantastic weather. Lovely comments from just two of our June visitors. Well done all concerned “Great job by all concerned, the course was great, the food was great and the members gave us great support. Thank you all very much. “ Steve S – Maggies Charity “From the time we checked in at the Pro shop till the time we left after a late lunch, the friendly welcome and general hospitality was exemplary. In particular, can we commend the bar and catering staff who went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were well looked after. The friendliness extended to the members, both on and off the course. Your club sets a standard which should be a model of how a well-managed club looks after its visitors. Kind regards and we'll be back.” Mark B TEGS - Tenterden G. C.
