Hi everyone, I'm looking at opening a brand new BEGINNERS class on Wednesdays 6.30-7.15pm at The Seashell Trust, Cheadle Hulme. It's a great class going right back to the basics and nice and slow step by step instruction. Great for those who are starting off and want abit of fitness fun.
