Two contrasts from valued clients here...but both of which I love. #SarcasticTrainer They both represent real representations of day to day life at LAPT and is why I wouldn't swap what I do for a living for anything. Honestly, I hate DULL and I hate FAKE, you know them people right? Doesn't matter what industry they are in. I genuinely value every single one of you that come to my studio, having a laugh, achieving your goals, and giving me stick in the process. Keep it up! This week already we've had 3 clients leave a total of 30% of their body fat in my studio (nice thought when you say it like that...😒😒) so I massively applaud them, they know who they are as well. I'm seeing personal bests occur every day this week from everyone, so keep getting them strong lifts 💪🏼 Much love 😗 Looking forward to the Pounds for Pounds Spin session tonight! 🚴🏼

Add... 50g Rolled Organic Porridge Oats ✔️ 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk ✔️ 50g Strawberries ✔️ 50g Chopped Banana (or 20g dried banana pieces) ✔️ 100ml Water where necessary ✔️ Cook on the hob until it's almost ready and add 3/4 scoop (20g) strawberry protein powder for extra satiety.
