What are your thoughts? 💭 I saw this caption the other day & it got me thinking! My opinion is that weight loss does not cure Body Image, I mean it can 'help' in some cases but I believe that improving how you view your body image comes from a much deeper and more complex place than losing a few pounds.
After a week of no lessons due to the Bad weather, the girls came back today with bad ass determination!👌
