We undertake works from £10K to £3M throughout the whole of the UK. Our philosophy is to treat each client, new and existing as if they are our first ever client, we use computer-aided design and technical facilities combined with the technical expertise of the staff, produce detail drawings, outlining the construction from the abstract to the final design of the building. The professional, highly motivated and happy teams of staff coordinate the tasks from tender stage to completion of project and their technological expertise allows them to find the most competitive solution for their clients’ needs. Using fully experienced site operatives we erect the buildings in a site safety conscious manner. We aim to provide the best customer service and the best on-site service.
Indbuild stands for quality not quantity, we want to be known as a quality company providing a top quality service giving top quality returns. We want to make our customers more successful because of the service we provide them, in turn we become more successful as the repeat orders roll in.
Indbuild has seen its workforce increase two-fold since it started trading in 1998 and has seen turnover increase ten-fold. We work hard to achieve our first-class reputation.
We also pride ourselves on giving something back to the community, and we have raised money for local projects and support charities both locally and nationally.
Indbuild prides itself on being a highly successful business that offers a professional and efficient package, and offering alternatives to specified materials without sacrificing quality or safety as well as delivering contracts on time or early.
We have built our reputation from scratch, and its fair to say that we have achieved what we set out to do – and much more along the way – to change the negative perceptions of the industry.

It is, with great sadness, a chapter of our life closes. Our faces say it all. We were the amazing I-Team. My heart is with you on your new journey and I love you all ❤ Indbuild has been financially raped by unscrupulous Main Contractors and with little support from the ridiculous limitations of Construction Legislation meant to help by creating "fairness" within the industry. David and I fought with integrity against those who have none! We thank everyone who has been a part of our fascinating Indbuild journey for the past 20 years .... but now I will fight against the bullies for justice ...

We are currently recruiting for a reliable, trade experienced Drawing Office Manager to start with our Company after Christmas. • You will need to be able to take design lead on projects from tender to PC • You will be organised, good at planning and efficient in delivering the design to programme • You will ensure all required information (internally and externally sourced) is received, up to date and accurately reflects agreements • You will work closely with clients, staff and suppliers and be the key contact for this department • you will follow the Company policies and procedures, meet key performance indicators and provide necessary reporting on a weekly and monthly basis • You will work well on your own, be a motivator and successful team leader and be able to work as part of a team with other department heads • You will have an eye for detail, an ability to provide on the spot problem solving solutions, a forward-thinking approach and a genuine ambition for your craft You must have a minimum of 5-years recent on the job experience and good knowledge of the roofing and cladding trade. It is desirable if you are educated to degree or HNC level in a construction or design related subject as well as drafting experience, knowledge of AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM 3D modelling but not essential. ROOFING AND CLADDING ESTIMATOR NEEDED Permanent full time position. Competitive negotiable salary. Indbuild Limited is a modern forward thinking Roofing, Cladding, Rainscreen Contractor established in 1998 working with many Blue Chip Contractors. As a key team member the successful candidate will work within a small team based at the Head Office and be responsible for the following: • Produce accurate priced tenders, clearly detailed, competitive and returned within deadlines. • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients as repeat business is key to our success. Tasks and duties: • Inspect tender enquiries / documents and highlight areas that may have contractual implications. • Provide detailed take offs and trade bills of quantities, using Excel or traditional methods. • Working on traditional plan, spec, design and build contracts. • Materials enquiries to suppliers. • Access all information to enable correct plant and prelim allowances to be applied. • Attend meetings as necessary • Prepare handover notes and information for the contract team. This position requires candidates: • In a similar role within a minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience. • Extensive knowledge in roofing and cladding materials / suppliers • Good IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel. • Good organisational skills with attention to detail. • Full driving licence. • Have a good standard of education with a construction qualification preferred.
