Description
Family orientated Martial Arts with classes in Karate & KickboxIng for all ages . Our mixed age competition squad competes at national and world level. We are a family orientated Martial Arts School with classes in Castleford, Pontefract, Glasshoughton, Rothwell and Selby.
Our classes include children's only classes (age 3+), adults classes and mixed classes to ensure that the whole family achieves the best possible results from their Martial Arts training.
In addition we are registered under the Children's University program and are proud to promote education in Martial Arts.
