My lovely teacher Anne is coming down to do another workshop. This will be Sat September 30th and Sun Oct 1st. If you are interested please let me know asap. Venue has still to be arranged once I get an idea of numbers. It's £95 for the weekend which includes a beautiful lunch. Om shanti

Classes stop for the first 2 weeks of July. After that I've decided to run the classes as normal through the summer! Come along to any of them. Monday 17th 7pm CD Parish Church hall. Hi everyone I have to move the Wednesday yoga class this week to Clarebrand village hall. Same time 11am. . I have been told it has just been decorated and looks lovely. Drive past CD secondary school, go straight at the next junction. The hall is on the right. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if anyone needs a lift! X

New Pregnancy yoga class begins Tuesday April 18th at the Bridge Wellness centre, Dalbeattie. A 6 week block for £36. 1-2.20 pm Its a great way to stay fit and meet other mums. And get a chance to de stress too!

Jan 21st and 22nd Asana and Panayama workshop wit Anne. 9-4pm. Dalbeatie Wellness Centre I would like to offer myself out to small groups, workplaces or one to one sessions. I charge £30 per session. I am available some mornings, lunch hours or evenings. All the best.
