Dougie Taylor Douglas Taylor or Dougie to his learners is not only an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) licensed by the D.O.E., he is also an Advanced Driver and a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (MIAM). He has been instructing learners since 1993 and has built up a reputation second to none as a professional, patient and highly skilled instructor.
