Family run livery yard on the outskirts of Carluke, South Lanarkshire.
Hyndshaw Stables is a small, family run livery yard located in the outskirts of Carluke, Lanarkshire. Owners Lorraine and Frankie Gillen live on site at Hyndshaw Cottage.
It consists of 12 stables, secure tack room, feed room, tea room for liveries and members of the Hyndshaw Stables "extended family", hay barn and an all weather sand and fibre floodlit arena with a full course of show jumps.
There is 24 hour CCTV recording the entire yard, along with several other security measures in place.
What makes Hyndshaw Stables different from other livery yards are the people within it; the liveries are all a great bunch of people who get on extremely well with each other, always willing to help out and ready to have a laugh and we can't forget the people who don't have horses here but are a part of our extended HS family!!!
Lorraine's parents - Robert and Suzie Young assist at the yard on a daily basis. Suzie makes the best cuppa in the 'Shire and is fondly known to as the "Friday Fairy" whilst Robert ensures the yard is kept in tip top condition.
