Is extremly pleased to announce that i am able to put in place the 3rd pay rise in a year, im only able to do this because of the level of hard work, commitment & dedication to delivering outstanding care that my staff have delivered over the most amazing, hard work, sometimes chaotic but above all rewarding 1st year of 1-2-1 5 star care so thank you 2 all my girls yr brilliant amazing & most importantly slightly bonkers lol love you all x
