Year in review 2017 We've had such a great year and done so many amazing things, we have high hopes for 2018 but it's gonna take a bit to top 2017. Just some of the amazing memories we've made this year are: So many bootcamps and guest coaches, starting our officials training program, 7 of our gang doing their skater debuts in Manchester, having fun at the skate parks, the community heroes awards, going to Blackpool for scrims and fun times, rocking all our favourite events like Megacon and Cumbria Pride, and not forgetting Euroclash and Malmo! We just can't get enough of this roller derby stuff. We're only 2.5 years old, but we're enjoying the ride and we can't wait for more. We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who's helped us out this year, especially these guys for continually supporting us: Rosie Peacock, Newcastle Roller Girls, Manchester Roller Derby, Blackpool Roller Derby, Embers, and Calva Bar Baxter Storey You all rock! Merry Christmas, see you next year Love BCRD xxx

Come join us as we take over Ramp City skatepark in Blackpool, in a last minute attempt to injure ourselves before Christmas! Quad skates on ramps, what could possibly go wrong!? Everyone welcome from any league, invite your teammates! Bear in mind it's trickier than it looks, so we'd recommend you still wear all your usual safety gear and mouthguard! There is also a roller rink for anyone that wants to come along for the fun but would rather not skate on the ramps. Cost of a session at the park is £7 from 10.30am - 4:30pm, so bring cash, but we'll be arriving about 12-ish. There is a diner on site for food and drinks, and secure lockers for your stuff. Let's have some fun!
