This needs to be challenged in the courts ! It's in breach of several pieces of legislation. If you know of someone affected please ask them to seek legal advice immediately from a specialist solicitor. I can signpost if necessary to suitable firms.
It's not just parents.. the mis/non diagnosis of girls on the spectrum is a huge problem.. if your daughter just cannot fit in at school as hard as she tries, it's important to seek help
