Anyway long story short - October will be a reopening and it should all be for the best. Some new menu ideas and better facilities. I'll say more closer to the time. Good old fashioned Pyrenees food. Straight from france, arrived today, served up tomorrow if you like, with some fresh tomatoes (also from france , in my aunties garden!). We should hopefully be stocking it to buy off the shelf together with some old classics like KUB stock and fond de vaux (secrets to some classic french tastes) and also a few pates.
