What could be better than an afternoon of gin and cheese?! We have teamed up with Jacky from The Cambridge Cheese Company to provide a tasting experience full of our favourite things. From 3.30pm – 5:30pm on Saturday 16th December we will be tasting through five different cheeses that we have chosen to pair with three of our favourite gins to give you some alternative ideas to the traditional cheese board this Christmas. All of the gins and cheeses will be available to order on the night with delivery guaranteed before Christmas. Join us to be guided through these taste sensations be experts in their field, in our newly opened Cambridge Distillery Showroom, directly adjacent to the distillery in Grantchester.
Our new showroom (next door to the distillery) is open for tastings today, 10am - 4pm. No appointment necessary. See you there!
Come & visit our new Showroom in Grantchester. We're serving coffee, or gin if you need something a little stronger, until 6pm today.
Lucy Hill of the aptly named Gin House Flowers joins us in The Cambridge Distillery Showroom (Grantchester) to teach you how to make a festive wreath, from 2-5pm on Sunday 10th December. Lucy will demonstrate how to create a traditional moss backed design with a range of seasonal foliage, as well as other decorations to style your own wreath, to take home to adorn your own front door! You’ll be greeted with a G&T, made using the award winning Cambridge Dry Gin, distilled, blended and bottled just next door. You’ll learn more about gin, and how we make it, before we start the class. The cost for the afternoon is £50 and includes everything you require to design and make your own festive wreath! This makes the perfect early Christmas present and you’ll have a beautiful reminder of your day on your door to last the festive season.
