I have no idea what this one is called......... found it today! I love the fact that the bottom 3 petals are Yellow and dipped in Red, while the top 3 petals are just Red. It is just the same on the reverse too....... beautiful plant. Will have to do some research........ :) :)

UPDATE............. The area co-ordinator came today, she was here for a couple hours, checking my plants, labels, paperwork etc etc. Think she was quite pleased with it all. She will now send in her report to Plant Heritage and it will all go forward to a meeting on the 8th Sept, where a panel decide wether or not I get the Collection status.......... Fingers crossed, its looking good so far!!!!! I am quietly confident :) :) :)

At last, I have the area co-ordintor coming on the 22nd Aug....... she fills in her report on my Crocosmia plants etc, if its all good......... I will be once again the National Collection holder of Crocosmia!!! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy........ been a long slog.

Not a happy boy........... This arrived in the post today, in a jiffy bag, with no protection at all. The soil was in the bottom of the bag...... the pot was cracked and flattened. Part of the plant was broken off..... ALL THIS FOR £7................... Yeah!!!!!!! Not going to mention the company........... needless to say I was on the phone to them as soon as I got it.........

Well .......... some interesting news!!! Plant Heritage asked me to once more hold the National Collection of Crocosmia status... So I am going through all the various stages again to do this... should know in September!! Yes it takes a long time..

Sorting in the garden today, I found 2 Crocosmia I thought I had lost........... Lucky find, they are doing really well.. Crocosmia Stellar Gold and Crocosmia Tamar Golden Ring.. Am a happy boy........ :) :)

HELLO....... We are having an Indoor Car boot Sale at the Caistor Town Hall for Saturday June 11th, tables are £5.00 each. Would anybody be interested?? Fresh cream cakes and scones, tea and coffee will be available for sale. All proceeds go to Caistor Hedgehog Care. Please let me know soon so I can get things rolling!!!! Town hall will be open at 8am for table setting up ready for visitors to arrive at 9am. Closing at 5pm... Thanks
