Come and have fun and create your very own giant Easter egg on this exciting 2 session workshop! SESSION 1 - SATURDAY 17TH MARCH (Choose from 10am or 1pm time slot) On this first session we will be creating our paper maché egg and designing our egg ahead of the second session. We will help you design your egg and get those creative juices flowing! Includes a drink of your choice and an Easter sweet cone! SESSION 2 - SATURDAY 24TH MARCH (Choose from 10am or 1pm time slot) During this second session we will paint our design onto our egg! What design will you choose? A Kinder Egg, Creme Egg, Mini Egg or how about an LOL Surprise design? Or think outside the box and create an original design all of your own! The sky is the limit! Includes a drink of your choice and a small chocolate egg! FAQ's.... WHY ARE THE TWO SESSIONS A WEEK APART? This is simply to allow the paper maché to dry completely before we paint our design onto the egg. HOW MUCH DOES THE WORKSHOP COST? Just £30 for BOTH sessions, all the materials, childcare for the duration of the sessions (if required) PLUS a drink of your choice and a sweet treat on EACH session! CAN I LEAVE MY CHILD ON THE SESSION? Yes! We are trained in FULL paediatric first aid and have enhanced DBS checks. Please do use your own discretion with your child though and bear in mind that we are teaching a group - so very young children might be best accompanied so that each child gets the most out of the sessions. DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? Yes, a deposit of £15 is required to secure your place. Well, as it's almost Christmas and we are signing off for a break until the New Year, we just wanted to wish all of you a very Happy Christmas making lots of happy memories with the people that matter most....thank you SO much for all of your support - we have been incredibly busy and we have you lovely lot to thank for that! As well as our usual Christmas plates we also have these which we think are a little bit special...at £15 a plate they may be more expensive than some competitors but ours are hand painted with underglaze, before we glaze them by hand and then fire them in our KILN to 1000 degrees. They are completely microwave AND dishwasher safe unlike Christmas plates which are heatfixed in a home oven (the paint comes off pretty quickly - we know we have tried them because they are much cheaper to produce!) We delivered this beautiful bespoke keepsake to our lovely customer today - doesn't it look beautiful in her home? Made by imprinting baby's hand and footprints into wet clay which is then fired in our kiln. We then paint, glaze and fire again before having it professionally framed to your specifications. A very special keepsake for life!
