Massive fish and chips craving today. Problem solved with this simple (nearly paleo) solution. Lovely dinner. Lamb burgers 🐑🐑🍔🍔 Mango and papaya salsa Sweet potato and broccoli. 🍔 Was just what I needed to end this day. Lots of medium lifts have gone down and I am in need of some ROMWOD. 🍔 Luckily we have it programmed tomorrow. 🍔 We incorporate stretching into our program as we understand the importance of recovery after hard workouts. 🍔 Don’t skip the stretches!! 🍔 DM us to come down for a free taster session. 0600. That’s right, this good looking bunch of people know how to start their day! . If you are interested in getting a good quality workout in before work then drop us a message. . This is the open workout from 2012. It was great to see so many people take it on. There were smiles all round at the 150 wallballs to get it started! . Workout: In 12 minutes As many reps as possible of: . 150 wallball shots 90 double unders 30 muscle ups . Not everyone can do all the movements, but our skilled coaches can help you make smart choices (while you are at the gym) to help you scale the workout correctly. This allows all abilities to join in and have fun together. See you tomorrow at 0600. 😀😀😀 ⏰⏰⏰

Tomorrow is burns night! . We pay tribute to old Robert Burns by having haggis, neeps and tatties. . His poetry should feature at the meal! However I might be reading the translated version! . Anyway, I know this will not be a good meal while I am tracking my macros. The answer I came up with, put the bad meal in first to my tracking app. This way I can work the rest of my meals around it and finish the day with a win! . You will have to wait till tomorrow night to see if it works out! . Enjoy your haggis.😋😋😋

What is better than apple cooked in bacon fat and cinnamon? Well, not a lot! .
