Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Centre in South Wales. It is a UK seat of the 12th Kenting Tai Situpa with resident teacher, Choje Lama Rabsang.Centre holds regular classes, courses and retreats and is open to everyone. Warmly welcome! Centre offers:
Regular Courses, Classes, Longer and Shorter Retreats, Personal Retreats, Guidance for personal practice, Empowerments, Home Blessings, Wedding Blessings. Teachings vary from basic Meditation and Mindfulness teachings to Studies of different topics of Buddhism, Preliminary practices, Mahamudra practices, Nature of Mind teachings.
