As most know one of the Specials in our little family clan Grant Watkins had a Hic Cup in here Tuesaday nite. Worrying time but today hes back with us looking as fit as ever and training hard. Well done Grant, inspiration to all of us. Respect.

Progress Report. Good news coming our way on Monday hopefully. Not everything is signed sealed and finalized concerning termination date. I will keep every one in the loop as and when i know you'll know. Untill then still going down other Avenue's for new premises and relocation. We ain't buried yet. Not the battle but the war. 👊

Back in the groove. Been off line for 30 days. We know the significant of 30 days lol. FB Jail. Been a naughty old man. 👊😉 Up date on The Phoenix Gym. We have been given our notice to vacate the premises by the 30 April. Myself and Paul have been looking for and at new premises within Avonmouth Village area, as yet no joy. We will not stop looking, contacting and enquiring everyone we think maybe able to help. There are other avenue's to explore, i.e. Docks, Nesbits, Worbuttons, etc etc who help form "Back to the Community", as we are a local gym serving the community im sure they will help us in some way or another. Residents, Members etc have all voiced their concerns over the closure to the Council. Im sure with all the input by everyone we will endevour to find new premises and the Phoenix will rise again. As in mythology, stronger and better than the last time. As and when new developments arise we will keep you informed. At the moment we all feel positive that we will relocate. Untill then. . . . Lets pump some heavy metal. 👊
