Depression is a serious state, which can be intermittent and not easy to accept. We can often mask it by behaving in various ways, such as drink, drugs or by some manic activities. My counselling sessions can help to establish perspective and allows us to work towards finding the source of the difficulty and so direct us to its resolution.
Anxiety is seen as something that is stress and this can have an effect on your daily tasks. They may be intermittent and be general in nature or are triggered by specific events. These feelings may cause us to feel scared of specific tasks or situations and it can effect your usual decision making. Counselling will help you gather perspective and understand the importance of not allowing anxiety to take over your decision making. I will find out what is causing you to be anxious and show you how you can work towards a cure for your anxiety.
