Description
Baby signing is a way to help your baby communicate with you from an early age. Signing will help to increase your little ones understanding of the world as well helping them to start to tell you what they need. Babies often start to sign between 6-9 months but it some babies have been known to sign from as early as 16 weeks. This means that frustration though lack of communication can be greatly reduced.
Not only does signing give your baby the chance to tell you what they need but it can also give them the opportunity to tell you about the world around them which gives you a wonderful insight into their thoughts.
As words as always said at the same time as the signs, baby signing helps to encourage language development and understanding.
TinyTalk classes are a wonderful way to learn to sign in a relaxed and fun environment. The classes are 1 hour long which is divided into half an hour of signing and nursery rhymes and learning the set signs for that week and half an hour of playtime for the babies and a chance to parents /carers to have a drink and a biscuit!
TinyTalk Toddler classes start to teach other concepts like colours, numbers, emotions whilst engaging the children with parachute play and more interactive songs etc.

🌟🌟Some super signers this week! Lots of certificates have been given out including Martha who had her 70 certificate, Annabelle who had her 10 sign certificate, Emma who had her 5 sign certificate and Matilda who reached a whopping 100 signs! Well done everyone!! 🌟🌟

We are taking bookings for our summer term! We have places in our lovely baby and toddler signing classes available. Classes are on Tuesdays at The Storehouse, Brierley Hill, Wednesdays at Blakedown Sports and Recreation Centre and Fridays at Norton Community Centre, Stourbridge. Thank you Emma Daly for welcoming me to the team. I had such a wonderful experience teaching my little girl to sign at Emma's classes (and we still enjoy going to toddler class) that I'm now very excited to be starting my own class after Easter!! First class will be on Wednesday 26th April at Blakedown sports and recreation centre 10.30-11.30am. I am happy to offer this class free as a taster but will need to book places as limited numbers available at this venue x

If you want to come and try Nicolas new Wednesday morning class in Blakedown or any of our other classes, we are now taking bookings for the term starting after Easter.
