This week we have been doing some alterations to a ground floor hallway and bedroom to open up the area into a living room.
These are the photos of a job we completed last week in Wall Heath. We removed the existing block wall between the landing and bedroom and replaced it with a stud partition to maximize the bedroom size and incorporate the understairs cupboard within the room.
Flat roof completed in Wolverhampton.
Flat roof fibreglassed and ready for blue brick header and once weathered coping stone.
Slabs ready to be pointed.
Shed & log store base in Stourton.
Decking framework completed ready for composite deck boards, which the customer is fitting. Hope it's all level.....
Flat roof preparation ready for fibreglass. We have removed all the felt and roof boards, repaired the damaged roof timbers and fixed new ply sheets all over including up the parapet and house wall to the weather joint.
It's never a good idea to build onto a existing wall when you've got no idea what it's like structurally! Having assessed it and got a plan together this is job for later in the year.
