Theatrical outside caterers, serving Tantalising Hog Roasts,Delicious Long and Slow Real BBQ's, plus Big Pan Dishes including Paella, Jambalaya and more. Boss Hogs ethos is to serve great tasting food in an entertaining and relaxed informal manner at reasonable prices. Fine Dinning and Haute Cuisine is not what we're about as somebody once said if you want Haute Cuisine expect to pay an extra 30 to 40%.
Our range of dishes are all about getting messy just imagine a giant bread roll filled with HOT ROAST PORK oozing apple sauce & stuffing and topped with delicious crispy crackling, or some 24 hour marinated STICKY BBQ RIBS slow cooked in our own SMOKER for 3/4 hours and dripping with our own range of sticky sweet or spicy BBQ sauce. If burgers are your thing we have a fantastic choice of our own juicy BEEF/ PORK/ LAMB/ FISH BURGERS overflowing with tasty toppings and our own home made sauces all served from our unique GIANT SWINGING SCHWENKER GRILL.
All this served without the presense of any pretentios serving staff. We are a bunch of guys who love to cook & serve great food whilst having a laugh and a beer nothing is taken to seriously except your enjoyment.
