Menas Indian banquet provides a  range of home cooked  vegetarian starters, curries, rices and spice packs for you to cook in the comfort of your home Hello and welcome to my Indian Banquet!   I have had the privilege of cooking traditional Indian cuisine for over 30 years, and have been serving my Indian food at various markets around Essex since 2006 It is my pleasure to now share that experience with you by offering for sale packs of mixed spices prepared using authentic Indian ingredients as used in my prepared cuisine.

  When purchasing from my Banquet your cuisine will be personally prepared by me using the finest Punjabi ingredients.  All of my Currys/Dahls and Sabhjees are prepared from fresh ingredients, and where available locally sourced.  All the dishes on my menu are cooked using authentic Punjabi Indian methods that have been passed down from my Punjabi parents & grandparents.  I am fully Hygiene Certified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (Centre No: FF53720. Certificate No: 6949405), a member of the National Market Traders Federation and licensed by Braintree District Council.  Your food will be prepared in my kitchen which has been assessed by the local Council and awarded the highest rating of 5stars.  When purchasing from my Banquet you can rest assured that your cuisine will be prepared within an outstanding environment.
