Light lemon cupcakes with a lemon curd core topped with wave like buttercream. These were made to go with Jesse Grays nautical christening cake 🌊

I absolutely loved creating this christening cake for Jesse Gray. His lovely mum Sally drew a fantastic sketch if exactly what she wanted his cake to look like and a fantastic design it is! Complete with edible anchor and icing sails on the boat 🌊

So my lovely cousin asked me to create a tool box cake containing an edible image of his best friend and a personal happy birthday message. Made with rich chocolate sponge layered with chocolate sauce and chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate ganache. Edible tools and polaroid style pictures included!

Esme asked me to recreate a cake I made a couple of years ago to celebrate her 50th birthday. Made with the bottom tier consisting of 4 layers of vanilla sponge, layered with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache. It was then finished with sugar butterflies and hearts and sprayed in pearl lustre. The top tier is 4 layers of rich chocolate sponge layered with chocolate sauce and chocolate buttercream before being coated in chocolate ganache. The 50 on top is handmade made from white chocolate and sugar sprinkles 💕🎂🎉
