Today is #WorldPhysicalActivityDay and we're asking what your favourite ways to get active on Islay are?! Do you make the most of the great outdoors, or use our local gym facilities? Cycling, walking, hiking, gardening, Zumba and anything that gets your body moving and heart rate up, counts towards the target of 150 minutes of exercise per week (Public Health Guidelines for 18-65 year olds)
