**Update** been back carrying on with 1st fix on big renovation as shown in earlier post. Waste pipes and finishing touches on copper pipework to be completed this Friday! Preparation and accurate 1st fix is key to a top class finish. More updates to follow... PS Fernando Luis Pinto 1st fixing skills are improving rapidly, he's been brilliant today 👌

Easy one today.... old radiator valves changed for A rated altecnic eco pack. Bathroom radiator taken out and new chrome 600x1800 towel warmer put in. All pipe work changed so chrome pipe is straight into chrome valves for best results. Just a 1200 shower door left to fit 👌

March is nearly over, what a month it's been! April is fully booked with more enquiries coming in by the day! Thanks to all my customers so far this year. Fernando Luis Pinto has been a big miss while he's been at college this week! Big things to come from this lad, such a dedicated hard worker! He will be hopefully driving by the summer, meaning we will be more flexible for call outs and bigger volume of work.... exciting times ☺

Started this renovation this week... chasing all pipes in floors and walls, may cost a bit more but looks 100 times better! Will keep you updated on this one....

Old Low surface temperature rads out, new modern convecting radiators in! Making the rooms a lot more toastier 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Bath out, 1800mmx800mm stone resin shower tray in, 1100mm shower screen with 200mm flipper panel. Also a new shower bar mixer fitted with exposed chrome pipework.

Old solid fuel back boiler out, new gas combi boiler in with new thermostatic and lockshield valves fitted to radiators.

Final job done! gas fire back up and running, looking very cosy 😊

Busy day so far all around town... boiler breakdown - fixed ✔ Bathroom - sized up and planned ✔ Immersion replacement - ✔ Gas fire repair later Not to mention the full central heating system with new boiler, gas pipe upgrade and kitchen/bathroom 1st fix at a house renovation.
