Recently we’ve had some ‘no shows’ for treatments... We realise that sometimes cancellations are inevitable and we respect that... What , for us, is not acceptable and disrespectful is to not inform the salon that you will no longer be requiring the treatment!! Booking a space and a time slot is a contract effectively and by deciding that you just don’t want to come is taking up a space for a genuine client and indeed the affecting the wages of the therapist concerned....
