Due to a customers change in circumstances we now have an 08 S3 TFSI K04 set up that was going into a Mk2. We have the Complete S3 here with videos of it running. If you interested in converting to TFSI or in buying the engine/box/looms/ECU etc then drop us a pm.

Mk2 Golf that just been completed with an AUQ 1.8t from a Leon, Polo tdi gearbox, polybushed front and rear, H&R anti roll bars and now away to have a cage fitted as will be purely for the track.

Mk1 Golf 1.8t conversion that left last week and away to the owner. Believe it’s now being stripped to get some paint work done and the bay detailing done by the owner.

Been busy lately and not posting much in the way of what we’ve been up to! Black Friday sent us into overdrive. One last pipe to post tomorrow and all those customers who took up the deals we thank you. We have a couple of conversions that will be completed this week and hopefully collected by Xmas. We had this a little longer than usual but it wasn't just your usual engine conversion that was getting done. The car had previously been painted and had some mechanical work done but on inspection and strip down it transpired that it was in need of a full mechanical rebuild. 16v engine/box removed and the engine bay stripped out so it could have the battery tray replaced and the bay painted. Full set of brake pipes made, which were powder coated. The 16v set up was replaced with an AMK 20vt set up. This benefited with new timing belt, water pump, tensioner, oil pump, pick up pipe, plugs, new gaskets, cleaned descaled, painted and powder coated detailed parts. The full interior was removed and the trim sent off along with the tombstone seats to be retrimmed ready for the refit. Heater was split and all the vents had the 25yr old disintegrated foam replaced along with a new matrix. Everything underneath, axles, brackets, hubs were all powder coated. New wheel bearings, discs, rebuilt G60 brakes, poly bushes and braided hoses fitted. Interior refitted, new OEM electric window kit installed, roof gutters replaced, new OEM twin red stripe grill, motd and after some road tests and some miles put on it the very proud owner took it away! One very happy customer.
