Another quality job complete this week close to home,Traditional re-slate but with a modern ridge system,and all Upvc fascia and soffits in new. From working outside ...you can tell Summer is try my to show a little. Not far off till sandals and shorts are out 😂😂👍🏼
Terraced gutters can dish out problems,some are sat on brick from being previously wooden troughs,or even old fancy corbels (brick that stick out) sometimes water ingress happens at this point so an idea would be to take off and put a membrane onto the brick and new timber board then replace gutters for new plastic,rain water is then displaced away from the property not inside it 🙈
Old to new Double Roman Old English and tomorrow's post will be on how we can control any future moss growth to new roofs.
