W P Muscle & Fitness is a traditional gym located in Blyth which focuses on elite physical conditioning as well as overall health and fitness training. We also have a dedicated women's only gym attached to the main gym!

Its 545 am.!!!...W.p.muscle &fitness gym is open for business.... 30 minutes to travel 4 miles!!! Roads are horrendous..there's cars getting stuck along sea front ...if you don't have to travel ... DON'T!!! ... if you do drive safe it's solid ice on roads now!!
