Elite Physiques is now home to the new UKbff Masters Welsh Champion. Thanks to everyone for their support especially my number 1 Vanessa Mercer for all her encouragement and time leading up and into this huge competition, couldn't of done it without you beautiful. More photos coming soon!!
Elite Physiques is now proud to offer MMA training Tuesday eve, Thursday eve and Sunday afternoons, along with our first seminar for krav Maga on Sunday 13 Aug from 10am, all are welcome.
