I’ve had a very busy week in groups this week crowning our greatest losers in total they have lost 363 pounds I am super super proud of them and I am a super proud that I can help them in their journeys.

I’ve just had a surprise package from head office... a box of the new hifi bars that are on sale from the 9th of April 😋 it is really fruity and substantial delish .....
