I am starting new Adult and child classes in this lovely Hydrotherapy pool in Harlow at Harlow Fields.. Monday 4pm to 6pm and Thursday 4pm to 6pm. The temperature controlled pool makes this a great facility for tots/babies swimming classes. For more information, get in touch.

Please note no baby lessons this Thursday, Sian is covering this Fridays at Nuffields, I will be doing some baby lessons over the summer as lots of you have asked. Will keep you posted. 😀

Summer Crash Course! 24th - 28th of July, at nuffield health bishops stortford! Lessons are suitable for non swimmers and beginners ! The crash course in total is a half hour lesson each day for 5 days back to back. Lessons start at 2 - 2.30 or 2.30- 3pm If intrested please email me at sianwilliams05@gmail.com :) Thank you!

SWIM FIT! Sian and I will be running a new 'Swim Fit Club' for older swimmers (9+) who wish to continue their swimming fitness levels whilst having fun (non competitive)!!! As well as keeping up general fitness with lengths, the Swim Fit Club will also include playing Water Polo, Racing and learning some valuable life saving skills!!!! Lessons available from the 24th of April @ Nuffield Health, Bishops Stortford and Felsted School, Essex. Nuffield health lessons (baby and preschool) will be 2pm-3pm Mon - Fri. Felsted lessons (all ages) will be Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. APRIL MINI CRASH COURSE. NEXT WEEK: Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th of April, 10am - 11am. Course is suitable from ages 3+, both beginner and advance lessons are available.
