Great foodie stay in Southern Ireland, with an array of meats, flavours & of course Guinness tasting accompanied with Guinness bread. learnt & loved loads of dishes, especially the pork belly with pickled apple & scallion & sweet crackling. Now back to prepare cooking 2 X 85kg hogs for two private events 😀 Massive thanks to Powerscourt Hotel, Autograph Collection with the best spa ever Powerscourt Golf Club Powerscourt Estate Powerscourt Gardens & finally Greystones Executive Cars for a first class service & experience 👍 🎉
